From the outside this studio doesn’t look like much... but on the inside the windows, cafe lights and beautiful hardwood floors make this space ambient and enjoyable. I like the style of teaching the instructors use... I have taken dance classes and workshops in the past and I and I love it when the focus is on technique. I learn a lot from the classes and feel like I am always improving on what I already have. The body movement and connection classes are my favourite, I like getting the chance to practice my movements and break down why and how they are happening. I am looking forward to spending some more time here next year!!!

Our dance teams rent space from Rhythms. It's clean, well priced and has huge mirrors. We would recommend the space to anyone wanting to host a dance or fitness workshops or even a long term rental.

Love the classes here!! They are exceptional in teaching you the proper dance technique while still having fun!! Teachers are qualified and a bonus is that the classes are affordable!! One of the best dance spots in Edmonton!

Cozy atmosphere with coaches who take pride on technique and safety first! Always lots of laughs to be had and very welcoming.

Affordable, fun and challenging! Chad consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his dancers are progressing.
