The quality of dance maybe is good but they never answer their phone!!! My daughter is on registered program and when we got there last week for one of her classes they were closed without notifying us by an email! So maybe they announced it on their previous session but my daughter was absent due to summer vacation which still is not a good excuse for not sending out an email or leaving a voice mail! Now I understand sometimes students should know of their schedule but they rarely answer their phone and the mail box is usually full so you can't even leave a message! I think some changes in their management needs to be done in order to improve the quality of customer service!

I wish there was a two-way mirror on the studio doors so I could watch my kid without distracting him. We never quite know what he's been working on as he doesn't tell us much without us speaking with the teacher after.

I've been dancing at Pulse (dancehall & hip hop) for nearly 8 months and I haven't been disappointed once. Every instructor is incredibly talented and every class is a guaranteed good time! Worth every penny.
