High recommend Aradia Fitness! They offer a variety of classes that welcome all levels- including dance, pole dancing, aerial hoop, yoga, strength & flexibility. Each instructor has their own style so you can find one that suits you the best. The classes are a great workout and you'll have lots of fun which makes you look forward to attending each week.

Aradia Fitness is absolutely amazing. Our team of male personal trainers trained with Chantelle and Asher for 6 weeks and competed in a fun fundraising event for a local charity in Edmonton. Pole dancing was such an awesome workout. Most importantly, it was so much fun. Chantelle and Asher are fantastic instructors. They are welcoming, kind and really worked hard to get us ready for our performance. The entire group of people we met during our time at Aradia are great because they are super involved in their community. I would recommend Aradia Fitness 10/10 to anyone interested in trying an alternative form of fitness!

Ever Wanted to try Pole Dancing? This is the place to go to! All of the instructors are amazing, kind, helpful and supportive! Afraid to try because you aren't super fit? Dont be! We all start somewhere at the same level. They will help you build your strength confidence and help you just love yourself! They even have many other class options besides pole for you to try! Dont miss out on an amazing opportunity! You wont regret it!

If you are thinking about taking pole , this is the place to be ! Had my third class today with Amanda and only positive experiences. I personally have no upper body strength and I’m incredibly awkward and by the 3rd class I already have quite a bit of improvement. I feel fully comfortable and respected . It’s also an amazing work out.
