I love the instructors and the studio is absolutely beautiful. Take a class with Megan, you will not be disappointed! She is amazing, and offers modifications for poses. i wish the classes were a little less expensive, or if they had some karma classes. But truly happy with the class times and types. They offer a great variety of classes. If you haven't checked them out the intro pass is a great opportunity to do so!

Beautiful studio, the classes are perfect if you're wanting a combination cardio and strength training that is moderately fast paced and really strengthens your muscles using body weight. The instructors are great, and very welcoming.

Hands down the best workout ever. The instructors are so friendly and welcoming and so professional. They are always bringing something new to class to make all your experiences amazing. The music is uplifting and energetic, and the building is absolutely beautiful. Also, the instructors are right in there with you the whole time. Pushing you to do that one more rep! This is a class that everyone should try!

If you're a minority or person of colour then avoid these b****es! They're so catty I feel like I'm back in highschool again. And they act like they're better than you, bad customer service, never replies to emails (again bad business!), just overall will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
