The largest multiplex in red deer that has swimming, soccer/baseball/lacrosse, gymnastics, an ice rink and gym for working out. Also offer private classes such as yoga etc. Parking is always an issue. The kids who hang out at the back smoking and doing goodness knows what else is kind of annoying and gross. Security is supposed to monitor this, but it's never ending. Decently priced for the activities.

A very modern rec centre with an incredible number of options for sports and activities. At times there are arguably too many teenagers loitering around. The centre is usually very clean and the staff friendly. The gym area could use more room and more equipment. The pool is of course awesome fun but nowhere near accommodating for serious swimming, just lounging or playing around. Very family friendly especially to younger children. The steam room is ok at best and definitely needs a refresh.

It was an enjoyable toonie swim experience due to fewer people in the pool. (Mother's day and it was a gorgeous day)

I love this place, it is so welcoming and warm hearted except there is a capacity for the pool and sometimes have to wait for people to leave.
