I had an amazing time, there was a delicious 5 course feast in a beautiful medieval hall. I got to stay in a tent they called the Royal and there was a 4 post canopy wooden bed with ropes for the suspension! I got to make a leather arm brace and Sir Daniel taught me how to sword fight properly. Service was impeccable, if I had any questions they were able to answer them and accommodate me. I can't drink milk, and they had almond milk as well as cow milk with the breakfast. I can't wait to stay again!

Great place, nice touch of the medieval history being brought in to Canada. With multiple style tents to a giant Mongolian Yurt. Sleeping in style, with little light pollution can see the stars really well. The hosts organize activities throughout the day, archery, candle making, and are a wealth of different knowledge of different time periods. The royal feast was delicious as well, smoked turkey legs and other delicious and fresh meals, variety of meads to try and wines to suit everyone's thirst quenching needs. Music and laughter, join in the banter between the Lords and Ladies. Be entertained, by stories or poems. Wake up to breakfast and make your own food for lunch in the outdoor medieval kitchen. Ladies can have their hair done for the feast by Ryan from Shear Dynamics (Calgary). Really intricate braids and costumes to choose from. Children were looked after and engaged for majority of the day leaving parents to relax. Great team, great atmosphere and lovely place to get unplugged.

Long did our fellowship travel across the moors. Beset on all sides by beasts and blackguards, many a good man was lost on our journey. The dread wizard iPhonius the Silver tempted our young kith and kin as one after another fell to his Mind Craft enchantment. Even our elders were lured into a self destructive fire battle against the innumerate alterite net-trolls. Damned fools had not the sense to flee! But lo! A sanctuary in the night to comfort our weary feet and sodden hearts! What good fortune to come upon this refuge, Good Knights. We received provisions and lodging by Sir Daniel the Pigeon Heart and his buxom tavern wench Linda of Swalwell. Never was there a better pair. Twas coin well spent for we left with rekindled spirits, full bellies, and a pack mule christened "Toyota RAV4". God preserve these fair grounds, and may other adventurers be so fortunate to find it. - Apothecary Chari, from the Hills of Three.
