Love the atmosphere and everyone at the studio is so supportive! You feel so welcomed and loved right from when you walk in, which is so important with any fitness studio but especially pole fitness. I've been telling all my friends and family how fun it is. Thanks and see you soon.

You won't regret it! My friend brought me in on a 7 day free pass after YEARS of nagging and telling me, "you'll love it! You really just need to try it out!" well guess what? She was right! The instructors are fabulous; friendly, body positive, helpful and hilarious! I figured hat I wouldn't get up to much in the first couple of classes, but they had me spinning, sliding and strutting around that pole like a pro! So much fun! Each class I've gone to has been a blast and worth every penny (did I mention that I had to buy a pass after my freebie was up because I decided I couldn't live without pole in my life?). Highly recommended!

I bought the 10 pole dancing classes package because I was looking to add some new fitness routine into my life. I'm so glad I started classes at Mysfit Fitness because I am seriously loving it! Everyone here, both instructors and students are incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful in teaching you to practice your pole moves safely & making sure to engage the right muscles. I also must mention, the classes are SUPER fun and you almost forget you're actually doing physical activity. So far, I've only been to four classes so I'm a novice at all of the moves, but I can guarantee once I finish my package, I will be coming back to learn more and be a member of the Mysfit community.

Mysfit fitness is amazing! I would strongly recommend anyone to try it. They are so welcoming and friendly and have great instructors. The classes are so much fun and it really helps you open up and find your confidence. The best part is you are having so much fun twirling around the pole that you forget how hard you're working. I've noticed such an improvement in my strength in a very short time . Go try, you won't regret it !
