Dance Collective is aptly named as it is, indeed, a collective of talented, hard-working individuals, from the teachers to the dancers to the administrative staff! Every year sees improvement in the calibre and creativity of the competitive and performance numbers that come from this studio. This past season saw an overwhelming number of awards and high achievements and culminated with an outstanding, well-run year-end show at Michael J Fox theatre. The owner of this studio is unafraid to explore topics relevant to our lives, and she highlights these in her fantastic, award-winning choreography. While trends in the dance world often have girls dressed scantily and displaying provocative movements, this studio bucks that trend and focuses on technique, enthusiasm, and class. Kudos to Dance Collective and studio owner Rebecca on always exhibiting grace and dignity.

Both my daughter and son have been dancing with Dance Collective for 7 years. I'm so thankful for all the positive things have happened here, we have the most dedicated and talented teachers (choreographers), supportive parents, and hard working dancers. Together we built up the loving, caring and healthy environment. I highly recommend Dance Collective to every dancer from age 3 to 18. And look forward to many good years to grow with them. It truly felt like a family!!!

My daughter has been dancing at Dance Collective for the past seven years and my son started last year. Both of them LOVE their teachers and the studio is a second home for them! They are very happy to be part of the DC family! The end of the year show was Highly enjoyable, we had a great time watching it! Rebecca Collins is an amazing choreographer, awarded many times in dance competitions and her talent shines throughout all her work!

An absolutely amazing studio with incredibly talented and dedicated teachers, choreographers, and dancers. Everyone who works here cares about the kids and they all do their best to make them feel talented and successful. The year end show was professionally staged, and highly entertaining. Keep up the great work Dance collective! EDIT - @Michal J. Krol, the gentlemen that posted a highly negative and inaccurate review today was the man that loudly booed after a group of young dancers did a great job performing one of the songs from the acclaimed musical "The Book of Mormon" Michal, does it make you feel good that you booed a performance by children? Is that how a grown man should treat children who worked hard all year to put on a good show? I think not.

At Dance Collective, it feels like family. Everyone is so loving and supportive. The teachers there, are wonderful. They're all so creative, talented and dedicated. Dance Collective is a warm and welcoming place, with so many people who are just incredible. I will never forget my second home. 💕
