On behalf of my wife, who occasionally does drop-in classes at iDance - too bad their web site isn"t always working so that you/she can actually see the class schedule! I know she has tried to view the classes on at least four occasions where the website wasn"t working - so she paid for another class elsewhere ......She was considering buying a membership (according to her, expensive compared to other places), but not if website is down this frequently and you can"t see when classes are running!....

I’ve done their drop-in classes for a few years and love them! So fun and welcoming- and excellent instructors! I just did a private class for my friend’s bachelorette and they did an amazing job. The whole group had such a fun time- it was definitely the highlight of the day. Highly recommend for drop-in classes or their private classes for events!

I absolutely LOVE the Contemporary & Jazz classes at idance. They are exactly what I have been searching for here in Vancouver. The instructors know how to break down the steps and give different options for all levels. As a beginner myself starting dance classes at the age of 25 I rely heavily on the teacher being able to break things down properly while being able to move the class forward at a decent speed as well. Colleen Cassidy & Rae Fynn do just that. I recently tried Dancehall with Alyssa Amarshi which was amazing! I always leave idance feeling challenged, like I am growing every week & like I am actually learning to dance.

I have only attended the zumba classes and like them. There is a good selection of times and days and the instructors are fun and friendly.

Though this studio focuses on teaching beginner adult dancers, all skill levels are welcome. They offer a variety of dance types, like: hip hop, house, dancehall, jazz, ballet, contemporary, whacking, groove, afro funk, k-pop, bollywood, and feature events. The cost is very reasonable, and you get a better deal if you do the monthly membership or multi-pass cards. The studio is nice, open and well kept. There is a large studio (~ 20 people) and a small studio (for less than 10 people). It's a very welcoming, friendly environment. The owner, staff and instructors are all amazing. Highly recommended if you've ever been curious about trying out dance.
