I've been going for a few months now and already I can tell I'm much stronger. The instructors are incredibly nice and encouraging. The classes are personalized enough so that you can learn at your own pace and not feel discouraged.

This place is awesome. The instructors are super nice and helpful, you are never pushed any further than you can go. It's become my home away from home. As a big girl I was reluctant to try pole dance, I'm so glad I did. It's a judgment free place where you feel awesome about yourself as soon as you walk in the door. Okanagan Pole Dance is my happy place!!!

Okanagan Pole Dance (and all of it's fabulous instructors!) has so much to offer. From day one, I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. I am not an athlete by any means but I wanted to try pole dancing and I am so glad I found the courage to go to a class. I have been taking lessons with OPD since 2015 and I am so grateful. They are encouraging, supportive, fun and hilarious. I truly love this place.

This studio is amazing. They never overbook the classes so you will always have a pole to yourself. The workouts can be intense but you have so much fun that you don't even realize how sore you are until the next day. The atmosphere in general is really positive and the instructors are all really friendly and encouraging. A you will learn something new in every class! It's a great place to build strength, endurance, flexibility and confidence 😊

Love love love this amazing group of people and the classes! Everyone is so supportive of each other and helping reach our goals - no matter how big or small. This is such a great place to learn and exercise - I love when you realize that something you thought you'd never be able to do has become second nature! Every instructor I have has been awesome and I appreciate how each of them has something unique to share.
