Toronto is indeed blessed to have so many wonderful Argentine Tango teachers residing and teaching in the city. However the best tango school to learn the fundamentals and assist you in feeling comfortable on a dance floor, in my opinion, is Rhythm & Motion. Under the strong leadership of Elizabeth, the R&M school provides a cycle of weekly classes that are well organized and structured, and most importantly correspond to the learner's skill level. The classes are led by knowledgeable and caring staff who are not only passionate about tango, but do their upmost to observe every attendee and give individual attention. As if that is not enough, Rhythm and Motion provides opportunities for learners to take weekly drill classes, weekly practicas, private lessons and a monthly milonga. All in all, Rhythm and Motion is the best and quickest place to go to obtain a strong foundation in Argentine Tango.

Without any reservation, I would highly recommend and encourage anyone interested in learning tango to try out Rhythm and Motion’s tango program. The meticulously thought through and structured tango program is the perfect place to learn to dance tango. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all the fellow students and the staff (in particular Elizabeth, Linda and Tarek) for sharing your incredible passion for and knowledge about tango. Learning to tango and taking lessons at Rhythm and Motion are some of the best decisions I have every made!

Fantastic instructors, beautiful studio. Most dance studios are just banquet halls that happen to have dance lessons in them, but this studio was designed by a dancer for dancers. Make no mistake, you won't think a wedding has taken place here hours before your lesson , you feel right away that you are here to emerse yourself in the world of dance.

The best school to learn tango with very professional teachers. Elizabeth's teaching approach is progressive, attentive and very comprehensive. She is also full of passion and affection when teaching her students.I highly recommend to come and learn to dance Argentine Tango from The Best One.
