Lovely little island to explore. Beach. History. Seaglass crafts. Handmade crafts.

A fun adventure and one of the cheapest boat rides in Nova Scotia. Pack a lunch if you go outside July and August because the restaurants close for the season in August. Bring your own bike because same for the bike rental place. Otherwise scenic and a fun place to travel back in time.

This was one of our highlights of Nova Scotia Canada. From Chester NS you take the ferry to this amazing Island. The locals are fantastic. We lucked out and the Island was getting awarded a hospitality accomodation from Lt Governor Arthur Lablanc. Well deserved. The views are spectacular . You can walk the island about a hr . Great beaches to explore. This is a hidden gem but is a must do if you come to NS.
