Wonderful place to get fit. Great range of classes (Zumba with Trinity is so much fun!) and the staff are so friendly and supportive. The pool is very busy with classes during the day and swim team in the evenings, but there is usually an extra lane to swim laps. The gym has a good range of equipment and the personal trainers are all very passionate about their work.

Great variety of programs and activities here! You can't beat the price for what you are getting, though it's definitely best of you plan to go 2-3x every week. Parking can be busy at times, but there is always a spot for you. Could definitely improve on signage and directions posted to get to where you are going. If you are unfamiliar, then it can be challenging to know where to go. The change room can be quite tight at times and could really use more mirror/preparation space that is not soaked and hot from being right next to the showers. Keep a quarter and a combination lock in your bag at all times as there are 2 different types of day use lockers in the change room! All in all a very useful place for maintaining an active lifestyle!

I work at Cole harbour place as a lifeguard, so I can personally assure that we have amazing staff and a great faculty. There is lots to do, like swim in the pool, read in the library, workout in the gym, and more!
