The first class flew by! Victoria is welcoming and friendly. She's definitely professional, but also warm and encouraging. Even with multiple people in the class, Victoria tailors the workouts to each person's abilities to make sure no one is bored, but that everyone is safe and working at the right level. As far as confidence goes, it's hard not to feel like you're getting the hang of things with Victoria clapping and telling you how pretty your spins are looking :D I've already signed up for another class and will definitely be following to the new location when Pole Place moves, even though it's a little farther away!

I love Pole Place and I especially love the instructor, Victoria. She puts you at ease instantly. She is inspiring and so incredibly encouraging; you never feel judged or 'weird' in her classes. She makes an effort to remember you - she's super personable. Classes are intentionally small so you get lots of personal time and attention! Plus, aside from having lots of laughs in a super fun environment, you also have a safe place to really own your 'sexy' as you learn the art of the pole.

Pole Place is a fantastic studio to exercise and have fun! I love the classes, the moves and the students. I have attended a few classes and will sign up for more; I got hooked! Highly recommend this studio if you want to try pole dancing.

Pole place is an amazing studio! Classes are so much fun and a great workout. Victoria is an awesome instructor and you will progress quickly even if you've never tried pole. Great for improving strength, flexibility, and confidence!

It’s now been 6 months that I’ve been doing pole at Pole Place Guelph and I couldn’t be happier! The instructor, Victoria, is incredible- talented, knowledgeable, supportive, and empowering. The moves we have learned have been fun and varied and I have noticed a dramatic change in my moods, and body composition because it’s an excellent workout- but so fun you don’t realize how much you are working out (my kind of exercise lol). The people are great, classes are small and welcoming for any body, any gender. I have made friends for life! Highly highly recommend.
