I've been going to the studio for about a year and a half now and I have learned a lot from Michelle. She was perfect for me as an absolute beginner dancer. Now I'm a better dancer and people say I look great and have come a long way. I give Michelle a lot of credit for that. She will make you look great at your wedding or in a social dance environment. If you like to be pushed, she is strong on technique and footwork and will get you to practice over and over again (personally I find this quite meditative and it works for me). The classes are a lot of fun, we mess up a lot, and we have a good laugh.

My fiance's sister had bought us a Groupon for 2 private lessons and I am so glad she did! Michelle, the instructor, was quite welcoming and made us feel comfortable right from the start. My fiance and I are complete beginners (and I mean complete beginners), so I was quite nervous about what to expect and whether I would fall on my face. However, she was able to work with our level, gently correcting our bumbling mistakes, and by the end of the two lessons which we had back-to-back, she had choreographed our entire first dance for the wedding. It was a wonderful experience especially since it was our first time.

My boyfriend and I bought a groupon for 2 private lessons back in February. We ended up loving it so much we signed up for private lessons. Michelle is a great teacher and is patient with us. We always have a great time during our lessons and she gives us a lot of choice on what we want to learn. If you’re looking to learn a new skill or something fun to do with your partner I highly recommend.
