I truly feel lucky that I have Claire and Richard as my ballroom dancing teachers. We all know Claire and Richard are world-class dancers. To me, as a dance student, what I respect them most is that they have a ‘heart’ for teaching. They are professional, approachable, inspirational, and have patience with their students. Besides steps and dance techniques, they also opened my ‘ears’ to get to know different kinds of music and to appreciate music ♪♪♫ No matter you want to be a social or competitive dancer, I highly recommend them to everyone! I have been taking lessons with Claire and Richard for the past year and a half and am extremely pleased. They are knowledgeable and skilled teachers with a combination of high standards and patience--extremely important attributes for teaching those of us who are aspiring dancers but do not have the talent or experience of professionals. Further, they are genuinely good people. I have also enjoyed getting to know other students of all ages who take group and private lessons at Ballroom at its Best. The quality of instruction is high, and the atmosphere is welcoming and quite comfortable.

Claire and Richard are fantastic teachers and beautiful dancers. They are extremely knowledgeable and very committed to their own learning and progress as dancers and teachers. Because they too are always learning, they have a great understanding of what students need technically and artistically. Most importantly, they are very kind and exhibit the highest level of professionalism. I have learned so much and cannot wait to learn more and more.

Richard and Claire are excellent dancers and teachers. They are very knowledgeable and experienced, but patient and kind at the same time. I highly recommend taking lessons with them, whether you want to dance competitively, improve your social dance skills, or prepare for a wedding or other special event.
