A few of my classmates & I attended a drop-in class tonight for our first look into Pole Fitness Kingston. It was an AMAZING workout but so much fun!! We had Sarah AND Paula for instructors. They really know their stuff and make you feel totally comfortable no matter your fitness level. Highly highly recommend. I'll certainly be signing up for the new level 1 group!! Thanks Ladies for the amazeballs evening!!!

One of my favourite places to be. I have been going for a year now and I have progressed so much. It's a truly empowering experience, and a hardcore full body workout on top of that. The memberships are amazing with great perks, I even have a pole at home now. Wish I could rate this place higher. It has become a second home.

Sarah is my instuctor and I LOVE her spirit and chill energy. I can keep up to her and its always a cozy, really friendly place to be. I struggle with feeling comfortable in a crowd and this place feels like home!
