I absolutely LOVE Rock N Pole! It is a great studio with small class sizes for an unbeatable instructor to student ratio. The instructors and the owner are all experienced and certified in Pole Fitness and do everything they can to help students have fun and reach their full potential. The most positive, fun, and inclusive place I have ever had the pleasure of attending. Safe, certified, fun, and positive atmosphere!

Horrible experience. I have never posted a bad review of a business but I've had such a terrible experience I felt the need to post this... I paid for a 5 class pass and scheduled my spot online for an introductory class. I received a confirmation email that I was signed up, but when I arrived at the class I was told I was not signed up and that I could not participate unless I paid for the class in cash right then. I left and later received a text from the owner saying there was a mistake and that I was signed up, she had been looking at a different account. When I looked at my account the class had been deducted From my 5 I had paid for, so I emailed the studio to ask them to reimburse me. I received an extremely rude email from the owner where she proceeded to belittle and insult me. I've never had such a horrible experience... would not recommend this studio to anyone. Very unfortunate as the instructors had all been great and very friendly, it's a shame this woman reacted so callously to a customer complaint, especially when it was her mistake that caused the issue.
