A friendly welcoming environment inclusive of all regardless of size, gender, ethnicity, sexuality, and level of fitness. All the instructors are accommodating and love giving a helping hand. The variation in classes (stretch class to pole class to boot camp to acrobatics etc) means having something for everyone to enjoy. Love my dance family and the feeling of home away from home. Recommend to everybody!

I came to 3Sixty approximately a year ago at the recommendation of a friend. I had moved into Ottawa from Calgary and was looking to continue to expand upon my multiple years of training. Deciding to become a member here was one of the best decisions I have made. Corrine runs an incredibly inclusive studio with a wonderful team of instructors. The large variety of classes means that there is something for everyone and the membership structure allows you to go multiple times a week if you like! I always felt encouraged to try new things and I always felt safe when working through a move. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for an encouraging, supportive, and strong pole family!

Terrible customer service. A year ago I called to ask if they had any offers for someone who has never tried pole dancing, and didn't want to sign up for classes etc just in case they didn't like it. They told me to come in for a free private lesson. When I showed up for the lesson, they had already started and there were two other women in the same lesson as me. Clearly they don't understand what "private" means. The lesson itself was also stressful. This was clearly NOT a beginner's class, because the instructor didn't start with teaching me any basic tips or techniques for getting the moves down; I've since learned more from watching YouTube videos than I did here. I didn't even get that much one-on-one instruction with her like I'd expected, because it wasn't a private session like I'd been told. I felt very subconscious, because it was clear that the other girls were more experienced than I was. It's very discouraging and embarrassing when you're trying to learn a move that everyone else already knows, but you continually can't get. Needless to say I left feeling very frustrated, discouraged, and disappointed. I'd also like to point out that the studios on YouTube all have what looks like a non-slip floor with some kind of matting around the base of the poles to make floor maneuvers, kneeling, and spins etc more comfortable. This studio doesn't have that, and I left very bruised and with pole burns all over my body. Then, today, I get an email from them with no unsubscribe link, so I called the number included to request to be removed. The woman on the line gave me attitude and told me to use the unsubscribe link included on all of their emails; when I told her there wasn't one, she told me, in a snarky tone, to scroll down (there was no scrolling because the entire email fit in the screen) and then argued with me about the existence of the link. She finally told me that she was driving and to just reply to the email that I wanted to unsubscribe. I've attached a picture of the email in question to prove that there is no unsubscribe link.

3sixty made me love pole again! I was introduced to pole at another studio but the dynamic didn't work out for me. After a two year hiatus, I found myself looking to get back into pole and discovered 3sixty. Upon arrival, I immediately felt very welcomed and suffice to say, I fell in love with pole all over again. The instructors and students are among the most genuinely supportive people I have ever met. The various styles and levels of classes are fantastic and thanks to 3sixty, I am going to make pole a life long activity!

This place is amazing. The instructors are fabulously supportive and encouraging, so you can can master the new exciting moves that you never thought you would accomplish! Something that I really love about this studio is that they have a really cool level system so you can get a sense of where you are and what you need to learn. You will always have something to practice and when you are ready to advance to the next level you are just as welcomed as you were in the first class. Another thing I love about this studio is that they have memberships that allow for unlimited visits within a particular time period. As a student it was great for me to be able to pick and choose what classes best fit my schedule. Even as I advanced through the levels there were plenty of options that worked well for me! There is a beautiful sense of community here where everyone is happy to be there. It has become my favourite studios here in Ottawa and if I did not have to move I would have stayed with them!
