A great place to get a great workout while having fun! The instructors and staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Pole class is incredibly fun but also makes you use muscles you didn't even know you had. Definitely make sure to check out other classes besides pole, TRX is a great full body workout, Booty Barre is extremely hard but has an amazing stretching portion at the end.

The instructors were very friendly and inviting. Everyone was happy. The instructors respectfully helped struggling students and encouraged and complimented people when they got something right. The perfect level of teaching and helping while having fun! It didn't even feel like a workout! SO much fun. Oh but you feel the burn/soreness the next day!

I originally went to a trial class and signed up for an additional 30 day trial, it took me 7 months to utilize my trial. I love that they did not pressure me to use my trail right away and it expired within that year meaning I had 9 months to use it. I finally used it and I tried the pole 101 and booty barre. BOOTY BARRE IS A MUST TRY. I always thought it was a low, slow, and easy class. It was the complete opposite, I pushed my whole body start to finish and felt like a completely different person after. The pole 101 class I was very nervous about, for once I found a class where the instructor will help EACH and every person with a move if they are struggling. They also keep the classes small and everyone is on the same page with skill level. They turn the lights down low and you're pretty much in your own zone. They have a super easy online system where you can book your class and cancel for free ( with enough notice time). The studio is very clean and eveyone is nice and respectable. I had an injury in class due to reaching up to high on the bar and pulling on my arm with my weight instead up brining my arms down and bringing my body to the pole :( this led me to a short short 12 day trial. Hopefully in the future I can sign up for a longer term membership which leads me to my only con. The Membership is very pricy. Although they offer more than any other personal studio and have the largest flexable schedule including Sundays! They are too pricy for myself and friends that I have tried to reach out to join with me say no because they cannot afford it. Other than that this is a must try studio not only for pole but for other classes.

Amazing classes, amazing instructors and a friendly environment. I never knew how much I would fall in love with pole until I tried it. Now it's my life! If you're thinking about it I would definitely recommend this studio.
