I found Jay to be a gifted teacher. He was patient, encouraging and demonstrated a wide range of teaching strategies. He took me from basic steps to some intermediate steps in just a few weeks. He made me feeling like Ginger Rogers on the dance floor! The group lessons were fun and people were friendly. I would highly recommend lessons here.

We started dance lessons for our wedding and loved them so much we kept going! Meg is amazing, patient, and fun, and we no longer dread dancing at weddings!

My girlfriend and I initially signed up for a 5 lesson intro course because she wanted to try it out. I never planned on taking anything beyond that because dancing had never really interested me. Jay is such a fantastic teacher, and his lessons are so much fun though, that we've been taking lessons for just over 6 months now and I have no intention of stopping any time soon. You can tell that he truly loves what he does, and that energy rubs off on everybody whether he's teaching a private lesson or a group class.

This is the place you want to take dance lessons. The studio is beautiful, the instructor is amazing, and it’s an excellent value for the level of instruction you get. Having had various dance classes through high school and college, I thought I had a good idea of how quickly I would progress, but that expectation was blown out of the water. Jay knows exactly how far to push his students to keep them working hard but not struggling, and I was amazed by how much our skills improved in the first few lessons alone. He knows how to give just the right feedback and demonstration to improve problematic steps. The group sessions are also fun! One final note-Jay is incredibly nice. He genuinely cares about his students’ progression and is a pleasure to learn from.

We started lessons with Jay before our son's wedding and now are hooked. He is a great teacher, a lot of fun, and very patient and supportive/inspiring. The studio is has a really nice atmosphere. The dancers (couples and singles) that we meet in group lessons are a great group of people. We are enjoying this much more than we ever thought we would! Can highly recommend.
