This is THE place to go for pole dancing! The instructors are all very motivating and informative and can provide variations of dance/trick moves depending on your level. I had a back injury (slipped disk) when I started and Monique was super patient and walked me through various modifications so that I could continue to dance. I strongly encourage those who are pole dancing or want to try to go to SHE!

I live pretty far from this studio so I don't take regular classes, but every time I go for workshops or just a class here and there, everyone is super welcoming and supportive. I always feel comfortable and just as much a part of the group as any of the regulars. Great classes, great experiences, highly recommend!!

Love Monique at She Pole Dance. Monique (Jane, Dawn and Shannon) is very understanding and makes you feel so comfortable. I have been going for 3 years and absolutely love pole dancing because of her. It's a big family and I highly recommend this studio because she cares will work with you.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but all judgement aside - I LOVE IT! Sunday's beginners classes were GREAT! Awesome workout, learned a few dance moves and started to feel comfortable in my skin again! I might have a little more weight on me than I prefer but this has given me the motivation to want to continue.. The teachers are GREAT, Unique in their own styles/approach.. Those who really want a light intro should try Wed evening with Shannon and those who like enjoy a great enthusiastic/motivating atmosphere try Jane!
