Incredibly rude man answered the phone when I called to ask questions about their studio and the classes they offer. In response to every question I had he told me to go to google. Wow, how insightful! Was genuinely interested in trying their drop in classes. Glad this prompted me to read the other reviews, apparently this guy is very problematic. Will definitely not be going now! Re: owners comments below. Need I say more? Also worth mentioning I did not call dance teq to ask about pricing and scheduling at other studios lol. This guy is delusional, stay away.

Best dance studio in Toronto! Love ALL ballet classes.Live pianists, amazing experienced teachers, great atmosphere.....

This review is in regards to Ballet classes by Jeremy N at DanceTeq. Poor customer service, they do not answer phone calls nor reply to emails promptly. He asks you to e-transfer money as soon as possible as the classes "fill up quickly". Please do not do this! I was unable to attend week 1 due to weather conditions and I let them know as soon as I knew. It sounded like no one was on their waitlist to take my place for their... highly anticipated class... So I was never given a refund nor offer to catch the next one. There was no policy in place when I registered or I wasn't made aware of it at the very least. Jeremy N and DanceTeq had the audacity to send me an email asking to pay another $35 for their September session. Sent! Stay sweet!

Excellent studio, amazing teachers! This is the best studio to take Ballet lessons.

This is truly a one of a kind dance studio experience. A serious focus on Pre-Professional and Elementary ballet training, but also goes well into the night with karate, yoga, hip hop, and all other movement classes. As a professional photographer, dance filmmaker, ballet accompanist, and musician - I have collaborated and worked with the owner, Jeremy Nasmith on several occasions and he is an artist and teacher of the highest esteem. I am excited for DanceTeq's future in the heart of downtown Toronto under his leadership and passion.
