Had a great time completing level 1 salsa. The instructor and helpers make you feel comfortable and support you along the way. The class was fun and I learned so much more then I had expected. When I danced with a helper it made it feel as if I was getting a mini private class. Would highly recommend Toronto Dance Salsa.

My boyfriend and I decided to take classes even though we both knew how to dance and had prior salsa knowledge and experience. We took Level 1 Salsa and learned A BUNCH! Our teachers, Lisa Kennedy and helper Tony were AMAZING and were always enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. We definitely plan on continuing and can't wait to learn more moves! Thank you Toronto Dance Salsa for an incredible experience. We will see you all on the dance floor at the socials :)

The staff are so friendly and really do a lot to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. They also offer weekly socials and other special events to help you brush up on your steps! You have the option of signing up as an individual, or as a couple. Either one is fine, you'll get to meet lots of new faces if you sign up as an individual. The instructors really try to make it seem like more than a dance studio and a dance class, they use inspiring questions as ice breakers and share their life stories with you. Try it out and you won't be disappointed.

Wanted to try something new this year and decided to learn salsa. I initially picked this place because you don't need to sign up with a partner and they ensure you still have a partner to practice with. I've just finished level 1 and I'm so glad I chose to take the classes at TDS. Alex is an amazing instructor. He ensures you understand the technique while keeping the environment light and fun and always makes sure you know you belong. It is very easy to see that same culture of belonging and friendliness carry through to the helpers and anyone that attends the class. Very excited to continue classes here.

I have been to many Salsa studios to learn this great style of dancing. All other studios that I have been to fall far short of my expectations compared to Toronto Dance Salsa. The number of students and the style of teaching just cannot be beat. To me it is the best.
