It’s difficult to put into words or rate on a scale the feeling that you get when somebody has the ability to help you get your life back. For the first time in a long time, I am able to put my clothes on without feeling uncomfortable and walk around with confidence. On top of that, I can see muscles that I never thought I would see again! I have been working out at Visualize Fitness with Andrea and Julie since June 2017 and I couldn’t be happier! They have an amazing balance of being able to push you to get the most out your session but somehow, at the same time, making it fun so you forget that you’re pushing your body to its limits. Andrea truly cares about getting you healthy and has endless knowledge about overall health that is a valuable pairing with the physical workouts she provides. They also put up with my shenanigans and get my dry sense of humour, so that’s a bonus! :) Julie’s spin classes are always fun and definitely never boring, especially when she plays my favorite jams! She somehow combines a challenging spin class with motivational speaking, which I find impressive, especially since she’s working just as hard if not harder than you on that bike! How do you do all that and breathe?! Every week I see the progress that I’ve made since the last and it keeps me wanting more. You both have made working out and getting healthy my priority and I’ve been able to shift my perception of workouts as something I “have to do” to something that I actually look forward to. I cannot thank you both enough!
