Chelsea is an amazing instructor. She is really encouraging to people of all levels and makes an effort to help promote a fun-first attitude in class. She works with students to help them achieve their individual goals and gain measurable progress. Classes will definitely push people physically while giving them a fun and creative outlet. Everyone in the classes is really encouraging and supportive of each other. this is a great place for a beginner to build confidence, get in shape, and have fun.

I love pole play! What a great environment to work out in. Not only did it help with strength and flexibility training it was a great confidence booster. My husband was amazed at how much more confident I was in my skin after taking classes! Chelsea is a great instructor and the girls are so encouraging of each other it was always fun! It is always challenging and never boring because you are learning something new every class! I highly recommended trying it out, you will be glad you did!!

I was nervous about taking classes at Pole Play because I've always been shy by nature but Chelsea is a wonderful instructor! It is easy to relax and have fun because she obviously loves what she does. She is a great teacher and encourages you if you are struggling with something. She loves to see her ladies succeed! I would recommend Pole Play to anyone looking for a fun way to get in shape and boost your energy and self-esteem!

Anyone looking for an alternative fitness routine, this is it! I first tried Beginner Pole Classes to add to my fitness routine (runner and regular gym-junkie) and I’m glad I did! I’ve taken all of the pole classes, boot camp, chair dance, and participated in workshops and parties– They’re all fantastic! I moved away from the WNY area and when I’m in town I look for classes I can drop in at. While visiting, I took a drop-in Boot Camp Class and my whole body was sore the next few days! It also helps build your own confidence and teaches you to be comfortable with your body. Chelsea is an amazing instructor who will take time to do 1-on-1 instruction if you have any questions/concerns; patience is key! It's a lot harder than you think! Highly recommend checking out Pole Play at least once!

The most amazing experience ever. I am hoping to get back into classes after I finish school. Chelsea is AMAZING, she is Honest, hilarious, and the sweetest most real person. Breaks down moves to a T. There are many different shapes, sizes, and ages in all classes!! Which is my favorite part!
