I started taking Kara's classes in 2015 and I don't know why I waited so long! As an adult who danced all throughout my childhood and through college, I really appreciate Kara's approach. She is super knowledgeable, and has a very friendly and inspiring approach to teaching. She's experienced at teaching all levels, so if you're new to dance, don't hesitate to join her classes! I can also vouch for Kara's Sass Your Dance Burlesque parties. We had Kara teach a class for my sister's bachelorette party a few weeks ago and it was a ton of fun. All of the girls LOVED it, and of course flaunted their new moves out on the dance floor later that night :) If you're looking for a fun way to spice up your party, this is it!

Free Soul has a welcoming atmosphere and a great variety of classes and levels. There's really something for everyone to take here! It's also one of the most affordable studios in the Buffalo area and they constantly have guest teachers and workshops to mix things up. A very non-judgmental atmosphere, I'd highly reccommend it for any adult looking to get back into dance or try something new to get in shape. Only a few minutes from the city!
