Change It Up 360 Zumba is most definitely the place to be! Terri is such a unique and passionate instructor who cares about each and every individual that she teaches. She will go through the techniques and show and explain to you in a way that you want to learn more. For me, I started out just to get fit and lose weight and 2 years on I'm still loving it and learning. There is always so much enthusiasm in an energetic and fun filled session that you will definitely want to come back. To dance and feel good whilst pushing yourself to become fit is truly a great feeling. Zumba can can have you feeling happier physically and emotionally. So come and join the Zumba session with Miss Terri Naccarato. 😊

Change It Up 360 Zumba is one of the most fun and effective workouts out there. The high energy and enthusiasm provided by the instructor makes for a very positive outcome! Not to mention flattering on the body. The best part about the Zumba workout is that when you are in the midst of it, you barely notice that your body is being pushed and challenged. In the days to come, you notice the effects and see the difference. Not to mention the emotional effects, you just feel better and happier. Recommend this without any hesitation whatsoever. What are you waiting for? Get off your couch and Zumba!

Change It Up 360 in Milton is the reason why I love Zumba. Terri is an amazing instructor who goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. As a beginner I felt like I had two left feet but 5 years and counting I have grown to love it more than ever. Thank you Terri for bringing this to Milton and continuing to provide this community with awesomeness!!!

Very low key and as high energy as you desire. Young and old welcome. Wanna go once? Every week? It's up to you, no pressure. I'm 208 pounds and dance my arse off. It honestly fires me up for the week. But I'm busy sometimes. Terri will welcome anyone. Never fear, just GO!
