Absolutely fabulous Salsa class. Such a great instructor, makes everyone feel at ease no matter if you think you have two left feet, Alistair will get you dancing. Lots of detailed instruction and tips to help you remember the basics all taught with great humour, spent a lot of time laughing. Alistair ensures that there is an equal mix of Leaders and Followers - males and females to the uninitiated - and you are constantly moving on to a new partner so your previous mistakes are immediately forgotten. Most people started the day feeling awkward as complete beginners but the instructor somehow miraculously had us all dancing salsa by 5:30. Highly recommend

Fantastic teacher, great atmosphere and by the end of the course I could dance (a bit of) salsa. It taught me the basic steps very well and also a number of moves which one has to practice I guess quite through a lot of dancing. I have enjoyed a workshop a lot and will be back soon for the next step.

Alastair’s fantastic one day course gives you all the tools you need to be able to dance salsa immediately! His approach and style is very unique and he uses a special method which helps you to retain the moves inside your brain so you can never really forget what you have learnt. I have been to his beginners course twice now and thoroughly enjoyed both times, learning not only the basics but turns, travelling steps and different hand sequences... and I can now confidently dance salsa at clubs, bars and at home and have been able to teach the basics to my friends! I look forward to attending his improvers classes in the future.

Really fun and useful to get the basics and gain some confidence in the dance floor :) Highly recommended!

Really terrible. The only salsa class I have ever been to that left me feeling less confident and more confused. The instructor is also a standup comedian and he pretty much spends the whole time telling stale jokes rather than teaching. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
