I had high hopes coming here, given all the reviews. I arrived a bit late so I called the reception to know if it was ok before I purchase a Beginner/intermediate class online. They told me alright so here you go! But when I arrived... it started being a joke. 1) The teacher wouldn't let me in because "we're done with the warm up already. If you don't know how to do it, I can't let you in for safety reason." Not super welcoming for beginners but hey... Fair enough, safety first. After all I'm the one who was running late so I assumed they simply lacked flexibility. 2) But the best part was when, logically, I asked for a refund for the £15 class I got kicked out of. Her answer? "It's not our policy: if you are 10 min late we can't do anything for you." And that's what I call a scam. So later, the receptionist told me I would definitely get my money back, so at least that's that. Still haven't received it at the moment, and until then I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY from London Dance Academy.

Got my trial pole class here. I have a dance background which helped me to stay alive haha but oh my gosh, how strong you have to be. I give respect to these ladies! I'm looking forward to come again.
