The studio is great, response time to emails and messages are on par. In the first lesson the instructor said my daughter needs to come in 15 -30 min early so she can catch up with the class. We arrive about 20 min early each time and she was either half an hour late from the class start time or arrive just when class starts. Tonight my 8 year old who has no experience joined mid season had a terrible experience with the dance instructor. My daughter loves to dance for fun but now she wants to quit and not dance anymore because she feels she was mistreated. We were allowed to watch our child’s lessons ever since she started taking lessons but this past lesson, the instructor said we are not allowed to watch. After class, my daughter seemed upset and cried on the way home in the car. She said she was very afraid of the instructor because of her attitude towards my daughter. When I asked “what attitude” she mentioned that when she made a mistake in class the instructor would give her a very scary look and have poor body language and attitude towards her. After hearing this, I tried calling the studio several times but there was no answer. Maybe this studio is great for experienced dancers only and not beginners.

I have to been most of the dance studios in Toronto/Markham, and the vibe that vybe gives out to me when dancing here is a friendly yet pumped up kind of vibe. They don't have many classes but coming here is a great way to start obtaining your foundations for dance. I'm my experience, I believe vybe is mostly known for hiphop, but they have some other styles in dance such as popping , locking, urban choreography , heels , and my favourite, k-pop. The prices are cheaper than most dance studios (despite the location and minimum amount of dance classes). $15 one class card $80 Six class cards $130 twelve class cards $195 twenty four class cards Location will be hard to spot, but when you drive in, the studio will be on your right!

The trainer actually gives tailored advice and tips to genuinely improve everyone's form and technique. Drop in classes are very easy to get into and quickly learn but at your own pace.

One of the most important output for a consumer in the service industry, is the Service. When I learned that my step-daughter lost her motivation to continue with Vybe dance, I was disappointed, because she loves to dance. But when I found out that she lost interest because of an instructor, I was outraged. I strongly urge Vybe Dance instructors to communicate with the parents on progress and in the areas of discipline. Any form of visual gestures during class towards the students can be misconstrued and is inappropriate. I would be happy to discuss the details in person for clarification.
