Fantastic classes, instructors, volunteers and atmosphere! I took a leap and choose to take salsa classes and I'm so glad I chose Soul2Sole! Classes are super energetic, friendly and makes you feel like you belong. Add to that, I've met great friends while learning to wiggle my butt and groove to Latin music, what more can you ask for? :) ... I'm continuing classes here, I just love it!! Take the leap, you won't regret it! :)

Really enjoyed my salsa lessons. Very friendly environment, well organized and non intimidating. I like that personal attention and feedback is given to each individual and that it moves to the groups pace.

Honestly, I got this through a Groupon several months ago. The girlfriend and I decided not to come anymore after a few classes. The negative review that was left was pretty much correct. They would also pack everyone on the width of the room rather than the longer length of the room and have another class teaching which just distracts plus you come with your partner but they make you rotate partners. Not too sure why I registered with my partner if I've got to dance with other's girlfriends and wives. The acoustic sucks. No speakers or mics so you cant hear much when the other class's music is going. You can tell that the instructors have some kind of drama between them, it's awkward.

Some pretext: I am a musician of 20 years, and software developer of 10 years. I have taught/tutored both music and software development to multiple students. The instructors at Soul2Sole are both unprofessional and ineffective. The one we had had massive ego issues. If you asked her a question, she'd take offense and spend the class focusing on you. While this is beneficial for the one she's focusing on the rest of the class get shafted. Jocelyn, the founder, had a habit of interrupting our class and taking over. This caused confusion among students along with causing the instructor with ego issues to tilt. The result were two pissed of instructors. To add insult to injury, both instructors simply barked orders and got visually frustrated/angry at students unable to follow. Anyone that has effectively taught any subject knows that each student has unique weaknesses. Barking orders does not teach. Identify the weakness, make the student understand them, and strengthen that area. All I ever saw was Jocelyn or the egotistical instructor man-handling students out of frustration. While I personally learned from them really easily, they managed to fail to teach the other 80% of the class.

Did a 7 week introductory salsa dance class here. Had so much fun. A great class to go with a friend or your S/O for a good time. Our instructor was hilarious and a great teacher.
