This is a fun event great for all abilities and ages! Lots of families with kids (aged 7+). I love that this is just for fun and not a hardcore competitive race like others out there for fitness buffs. You will see people of all sizes and fitness abilities here. If you don't want to do an obstacle, you can skip it (I have plenty of times - no judgement!). Everything is really positive and laidback. If you have signed up for a certain wave time, you can show up anytime around then probably within 1/2 hour before or after and go whenever you want, nobody checks anything. Very easygoing and fun atmosphere, and the obstacles themselves are fun and easy for most people to do.

SO MUCH FUN! Brought my wife and we had such a great day. Staff were very friendly, the obstacles were challenging, and the vibe was exciting all day. Loved the beer tent afterwards!

I attended Foam Fest in London, ON in 2016 and 2017 and both years were great experiences. The music and hype guy really set everyone into a fun mood and everyone's smiles are contagious. The event is well organized and staff are friendly in helping you with any questions or accommodations you may need. I found the obstacles were safe and designed with fun in mind as opposed to being challenging (and indeed they were fun!). For all the adults out there, Foam Fest is a great way to let loose and be a kid again, at least for a weekend.

I went my first time this fall in Moncton NB and it was a BLAST! I had so much fun with my family and friends and I am definitely up to going again next year! I especially like the TALL water slide, it certainly gave me a rush. I have already recommended other friends and family to attend so hopefully, my group will be even larger than it was this year. A bit of warning though, if it's your first time and you're not particularly active, TAKE YOUR TIME. IT is quite the challenge but very rewarding in the end.

My sister and I did this race in 2016! I had never really done a race like this in my life! Certainly well organized, memorable & exciting! It was very clear where you were supposed to go next. It was an unusually cold day, but the thrill of their obstacle courses kept the weather mostly unnoticed- even when we halfway got in the lake! Loved it! Hope to go back again.
