Amazing instructors, love the location with free parking available on the street (and there is always space!), love the mix of classes as well as flexible times! Neetu is the owner and a very kind, mindful and wonderful person who is constantly working towards growing the studio and connecting the community to yoga which I adore as we live here in Humber Bay! Classes are in the smaller range, very intimate and helps me to focus and connect with others in the class (I find larger studios freak me out!) Recommend 100%

My favourite place to practice yoga, aerial hammock, and aerial hoop. Great pricing and class times with experienced instructors. Management is super organized and always available for any questions, big or small. Love this studio!

Amazing yoga place studio. The space is clean and cozy and the instructors are fabulous. I’ve been to a few yoga studios and this by far is the best place I’ve visited. Aerial yoga is so much fun and really helps with deep stretches.

I really enjoy the classes that ZenFit has to offer, the instructors are all knowledgeable and attentive while instructing. The studio is spacious and clean throughout. I am glad that this studio is easily accessible, parking right out front is a bonus when you live downtown!

What a delightful yoga studio. I had a class with Angela and she made me feel so welcome and was very attentive.. Neetu is also very welcoming. I would recommend this small studio for sure.
