Great theater. I believe this is run as a non-profit by volunteers. They bring great talent into the area. Seating is comfortable and because it is a relatively small venue, there isn't a bad seat in the house.

Wonderful efforts are being made by these community players to maintain the Roxy Theatre performance hall for local and imported talents.

Incredible works are produced and presented and there's not a bad seat in the house.

We sat at the back and had no problems seeing the band (Mudmen).

Last night I had the pleasure of attending OSLT production of "The Miracle Worker": something, given the excellent film once made of the story, presented some great challenges. Much to my delight this performance was without a doubt enthralling, genuinely moving and delightfully brought to life. The acting, all cast members, was incredible. Each character fully dimensional and authentic: their love, their horror, their grief, their longing beautifully portrayed. The set was artfully designed and worked to create a enormous sense of both yard, house, bedrooms, garden house and beyond.... the music that punctuated the scenes was perfectly haunting, sad yet with a whisper of hope... The direction was clearly masterful and there wasn't a moment of hesitation or awkwardness ... even the most demanding scenes were choreographed to suggest natural ease and spontaneity. Congratulations to the cast and crew, you gave a stunning gift to the audience last night, an extremely memorable evening that will remain in both hearts and minds. Thank you.
