Sheena- RMT at Active Care has literally changed my life. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, professional and dare I go so far to say that God literally works through her hands! My overall wellness has increased dramatically since I discovered Active care a couple years ago. I highly recommend their workshops as well. They have taught me so much about self care. Why wait for the professional to fix everything? I have been empowered by the professionals at Active Care to take my health into my own hands. I am no longer a patient but an active participant in my own health! There are many other RMTs closer to my home however the extra commute to the clinic in Scarborough is a very small price to pay. This is also a great place to stock up on your essential oils as they are priced much better than other places I have shopped.

Amazing place to get a massage. Great environment with welcoming and skilled staff. Go in with a kink, come out relaxed. Massage therapist is very knowledgable and will answer questions and educate you (if you want) on the issue. I understand more about how my body functions and identify when I need to return for another massage before symptoms get worse. Can't rave about Active Care Centre enough. They also offer dance, yoga and self-care classes!
