The staff is very supportive and knowledgeable. This was so important to me since I have a few injuries and often require modifications on certain exercises. I always leave feeling great!

I have been a client of Ross Pilates for 5 + years. Debbie and her team of instructors are professional, knowledgeable and caring with each of their clients. I recently had sciatic pain, so much that I couldn't sit or stand properly. I messaged Debbie, and she quickly scheduled me in for a therapeutic session with Danielle. I was able to walk and sit comfortably right after that session. Two more sessions and I was able to get back to a group class. Debbie checked on me after each session. Wether I'm taking a group or private class, I know I will leave feeling stronger, and happier! I look forward to my Ross Pilates classes each week!!!

I have been coming to Ross Pilates for about 1 year now. I came in experiencing pain in my lower back, and lack of mobility. We started working on a plan right away and have been working with Danielle to fix what has been going on. Today I am pain free and have more flexibility than I have in my entire life. I recommend Ross Pilates to anyone trying to improve their everyday.

Ross Pilates has excellent instructors that are focused on the clients best interests. The studio has the best maintained equipment. In addition the studio is relaxing , very clean and a quiet and calm atmosphere. I would recommend this studio to everyone as it is the best in Thunder Bay. Way to go Debbie Ross and staff,
