CYUL is more then a dance studio: it's a family. Jess has created a sacred space where you always feel welcome. It's a place where you can come and be temporarily freed from all the challenges of day to day life and express them through the dance or a big hug. Regardless you always leave a better version of yourself. #abetterme At #CYUL respect of one's self and others is a must!

I came here for a drop-in class when I was visiting Montreal and had such a great time. The experience was amazing and in that one lesson I felt like i was part of the family. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in the city!
