Best of the 3 studios I've been too. Clean and professional. Good quality poles and an excellent staff.

Amazingly studio space! Spacious, and well maintained. Very welcoming staff and thoughtful teachers who take the time with the students. Choreographies are always fun and creative! Would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who is interested in pole fitness!

I started pole dancing at MPDS last year, after trying few other studios in Montreal, and in my opinion it is the best one. It is very clean, well maintained and with friendly staff. It offers a wide range of classes from pole fitness classes of any level to physical conditioning and flexibility classes. I love this studio because of the friendly environment but also because of the variety of teachers and teaching styles it offers. This makes it the perfect place to always learn something new and to have fun!
