You get fit for less ;) also you can literally do whatever you want, however you want, whenever you want. I have seen the most creative workouts that may or may not have resulted in injury.... Also on any given day some of the treadmills are working! The doors are the most exciting part of my workout. I never know if today is the day I never get out. Free pizza day is also the best. Nothing better then biking with a couple slices in each hand. Don't worry about cleaning up the grease as there is never any towels. You will develop quite the immune system if you work out here frequently.

Affordable, but it has all you'll need. However, the bathrooms are always smelly/unclean, and the machines are usually in some state of repair. On the plus side, there are two smith machines and a proper squat rack. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Very impressive for the price! I use the south location and it’s clean, staff is friendly and I really enjoy the convenience of the massage chairs and tanning beds. Lots of cardio equipment plus 2 of most of the weight machines. I can’t comment on the free weights as they aren’t something I use but there is as large a section for that purpose as most pricier gyms I’ve ever been to. They also have all the equipment you would require for core and stretches. In the centre of all this is a 30-minute express circuit for those who wish to get in and get out! My only complaint is that your only options for water are tap water or purchase a bottle. But hey, for the price? Not a big deal, if I forget my bottle of water it only costs me .75 cents.

I really like this place overall. Average people trying to get fit so you'll fit right in. Lots of equipment and nice and cool. No showers, just 3 small changing rooms. Good value if you just want to get fit without the frills. Cons: Too many not using the equipment - just occupying it, staring people down or playing on their smartphones. Staff turning a blind eye or seldom venture beyond the front counter. This really makes the place a little creepy. For this reason I'll be probably be looking elsewhere when my membership expires. It would also be nice to see something on TV other than football and Maury Povich - like BNN or CNN, not that you can see those small TV's up near the ceiling.
