After signing a year contract and having the girl say (you don't have to read it, it just says this.. etc) and then I signed because I believed she told me everything I needed to know. Then I tore three ligaments in my knee and couldn't work out for six months and they wouldn't let me defer my year so I could actually use the gym. Basically told me I should have read my contract better and it was my fault. Now my year is finally done (paid 60$ for the past 7 months without actually going because of a huge injury and surgury, and they charged me again because I didn't write a letter to cancel. I called about 10 times and left voicemails and no one has got back to me. They should put in bold letters "after you pay for a year, you have to waste your time to come in to write a letter to cancel". Even though no one has answered my calls for the past week. Everyone I have talked to said this place was terrible to their customers, I now believe them.

Just started but the staff are awesome and the work out is great!

30 Minute Hit is so up my alley, it's like they read my diary when they came up with it. But I'm not mad. They have devised the perfect circuit workout for combat-enthusiasts such as me. Unlike football or hockey, you don't "play" combat sports - and you certainly don't "play" this well-conceived gauntlet of kicking, punching and core work. You *will* feel it the next day. But, if you’re like me, within a few weeks, you will feel your power more and your jiggle less – it’s very gratifying. And even beyond the supportive and motivating atmosphere, my favorite part is that I can bring my child. This is the deal-maker for single moms like me. I cannot recommend 30 Minute Hit enough - it's amazing!!

Unfortunately, the hours are not great.

I just started here last week and the staff are amazing, the ladies I've met working out are so friendly and it's a super welcoming environment. I can bring my 7 month old and leave him in their kid gated play pen area and get my workout done. Insanely sore after but it feels so good!! Can't wait to start seeing results!! The fact that there is a trainer at all times is great because your form will be corrected and you're always encouraged to push past the pain. Thanks! Finally a place I'm excited to go to :)
