I have attended a wide variety of group fitness studios in the last decade, and this is by far the best. They actively work to promote community, welcome people of any body shape and size, and have fantastic classes. I personally am very partial to pound classes and their cardio party, but have also had good experiences with strength and kickboxing. They also have spin bikes for those who like that. I really appreciate that there are no mirrors on the walls, and that lights are dimmed (with some fun disco lights turned on) during cardio and pound classes to make it feel more like fun and less like work. I have yet to have a bad interaction with this studio, and am so happy to be part of their community.

I started going to No More Excuses April 2017 and have barely missed a week of going since then. I started with 1 class a week and now I'm up to 3. Being 'plus size' I was always discouraged and felt out of place going to some of these gyms/group classes. It is the most welcoming gym you could ask for. All shapes and sizes and everybody is super friendly. Its group classes and personal training but after 3 years of personal training at another company, I realized that group fitness is what I love. This place has become family. You won't regret taking that next step and giving it a try.

Great place to work out at any level of fitness. A place that helps people get motivated. The trainers are very encouraging.

This is not your typical gym. There are no mirrors, the trainers are regular people and they give you a mint washcloth after class.

Fantastic! The trainers are very supportive and encouraging of all people who come in. There is no judgement. They accept you where you are and encourage you to reach the goals you've chosen.
