My visit was on Sunday at 10am. As a first time guest I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The front desk was nice and helped me with my shoes but never explained that I needed to go through the locker room and then that gets you into the cycle studio. Then there is the class. It was taught by Jess. Again, as a first time guest I was left to figure things out on my own. At no point did Jess ever ask if this was anyone’s first time at Movement. Every cycle studio I have ever visited usually asks that question! If anything that should have been communicated from the front desk to the instructor since I clearly stated it was my first time when I walked through the front door. They can do better.

I’ve done their 30 class challenge so I had a chance to meet all of their staff and instructors. Everyone was great and they made going to the gym fun. These classes are also TOUGH. MU will whip you into great shape in no time.

Movement U is such a beautiful and unique studio! The design and decor is unlike any other studio I've seen. The classes are fun, exciting and challenging and the instructors always keep you motivated. I also love the variety of classes offered! Highly recommend this studio!

Love the upbeat high tempo workouts! All the trainers I’ve met do a great job incorporating and motivating everyone in the class from beginners to the fittest of humans. The diverse classes they offer gives you an opportunity to strengthen your entire body and really push yoursel!

I love the classes, the energy and the facility. Great supporting environment to achieve your own fitness goals. I love that most if the classes are conducted in a night club-like environment with great music and energy. Keeps me motivated and very upbeat about my fitness journey.
