Its a little pricey but well worth your dollar if your looking for a place to keep fit. Lots of activities to occupy some of your time. Swimming pools and arenas, basketball courts and a skatepark. The list goes on but its best to stop by for a visit

In the winter, the place is usually very dirty. The pool gets closed for maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances about 20% of the year. The weight room is usually a mess. Fault here lies just as much on the users as on the lack of employee involvement. The squash courts are in pitiful conditions, and on any cold winter day, the temperature in this section of the sport centre drops ridiculously low. This is a problem that comes back year after year. Most JJ Parr employees (front desk, maintenance, and mostly the PSP staff responsible for programming classes and other initiatives) seem to have very little interest in improving the centre in any sort of meaningful way. Exception made here for the pool, which, when it's actually open, is very well kept. The rock climbing wall was also a positive highlight of the centre, but it seems like the willingness to invest in it for maintenance and route setting has dropped quite a bit over recent months.

Relaxed atmosphere with a good selection of machines in the weight room. They have recently added more squat racks and an additional Stair Master.

A great way to spend family day if you opt to have physical activities because they have great facilities.
