The staff are super friendly and welcoming. This place has a great energy created by the staff and the design of the environment. Every yoga class I've been to has been awesome. The surf class is a lot of fun. I'm only able to get to this studio on occasion but I always feel right at home.

Amazing studio! Such welcoming and accommodating staff in a friendly environment. I've taken a few classes with a few different instructors and they have all been incredible. I have no doubt that all of my future experiences there will continue to be nothing but extraordinary. Thank you Koa Hot Yoga!

I'm addicted to Koa!!! The instructors are out of this world, they challenge you to your breaking point without ever making you feel discouraged about your own talents! The environment is the definition of a relaxing sweat session! I'm so exited to grab my mat and head down to a class, I feel amazing after each session and can't wait to come back! I love it so much I have even done a few dirty doubles (back to back workouts). Thanks Koa for helping get my sweat groove back and helping my find the joy and passion in exercise!!

I move from city to city an Koa hot yoga has become a second home for me. Everyone at the studio has welcomed me into a motivating and exciting new life I have never experience before. I start yoga 4 months ago and can not get enough of Koa. I also have lost 30lbs by enjoying the various classes they provide.
