My daughter registered for a class and loved going to class with Kelly. My son has done dryland training with his hockey team and they are very happy with the staff they are working with!

The coaches at Gone Strong Athletics offer adaptations for beginners, recovering from an injury, or if you want to step it up and achieve a new personal best, talk to your Coach and they help you achieve your goals. Give this gym a try and you will get to meet the other great people that train here.
