This gym, like most commercial gyms, can be overcrowded at peak times. If you avoid the rush, there is usually little waiting for equipment. There are a handful of machines that seem to get little use and could be moved out to make room for an additional bench press station. One more power rack with a flat bench nearby would also be a great way to accommodate more barbell lifters / benchers. The recent addition of platforms and bumper plates for big compound lifts is a great. It would be better if the familiarization classes for this equipment were included in the membership fee, but the fee for these one-offs is reasonable. I've spent the last 4 months going to this gym regularly and can count on one hand the number of times I've had to forgo a part of my routine or replace an exercise due to equipment not being available.

This GoodLife location is great with ample machines to workout and friendliest staff. A special shout out to Linda Ostenberg. I'm training with her for the last 5 months or so and she has been nothing but brilliant. She is a lot of fun to be around and made working out an activity I look forward to. And I'm on track to achieve my goal. Worth every penny that I spent on training. If you hit a plateau and are thinking of taking up personal training, try out a session with Linda. I'm sure you will love it! P.S: i was reading through some of the some of the comments below about not being allowed to use the equipment in the second floor and I think it is not fair. The area is clearly marked as "For Personal Training only" and most of the time, it is occupied by trainers and the clients.

1 bench press in the hole gym? The gym is full of cardio machines upstairs and down. Why? Cut it in half so you can actually have some equipment in the gym. Lacking cable machines and every type of bench. There is a constant line up for equipment even at the quiet times. There is an over abundance of redundant equipment. All you need are free weights, squat racks and a variety of benches. My advice is to skip this gym and GoodLife altogether if you can. I'm extremely disappointed.

I've had a corporate membership with goodlife for over 2 years now. My family has as well. I've been going to this location for years. However I was incredibly dissuaded from ever returning after my veteran father was kicked out of your location mid workout for absolutely no reason. He showed his contract which was valid for the day before and he even attended the day before and was checked in by the same woman who was now telling him to leave! He asked for the managers Gordons number and that's what they said they gave him. Of course, it was simply the general number for their location. I am totally shocked that that kind of treatment is considered customer service. According to the staff they have no idea what happened and couldn't even let him finish his workout. God forbid you one day show up for your workout and there is "an issue with the computer" and you get told to leave infront of everyone. 👍

Spoke to Gordon 2 weeks go regarding a similar issue mentioned below by a customer. Downstairs can be extremely packed during peak time (around 4.30-6.30pm). I would go upstairs to use some of the weights or squat machine, however the personal trainers occupy 3/4 of the space upstairs and would prevent you from using the weights/machines even though they are not using it or only have one client. I understand that personal training could be a main source of revenue for your facility, however please do not disregard your members who do not need personal training and are still paying around $58 per month. If this issue persists, I will find ways to get out of the contract. I am not going to a different location. I am paying for a service and I expect a certain standards. My above concern has yet to be addressed by Gordon.
