Great gym! Keeps up to date with modern equipments and machines. Spacious with multiple rooms and sections. Has a pool, steam, sauna& hot tub. Has clean showers with towel service. Friendly staff!!

First time visiting and it was a good place to work out. Had my 1st session and orientation. After which I went to enjoy the hot pool while watching aquadance class. Location has friendly staff, and it was packed at that time I went.

Giving this a five-star because of the jacuzzi, the pool and the excellent steam room. It's a bit crowded in the day but after 10 it's very quiet

The newly re-organised facility is SO GOOD. All of the narrow corridors are gone, the personal training has been moved upstairs, and access to pretty much everything else is better. My training partner is in a wheelchair and the new setup is an absolute game-changer for him. Thanks to everyone who made it happen. The other locations could learn a lesson from this. I'm looking at you, MacKenzie and Canyon Meadows (I'm kidding, you guys are ok too, this is just next-level for us).

This gym has a big problem. Every holiday it is extremely packed because the McKenzie town location decides to close for holidays. It completely ruins it for the members that go there consistently. This is not ok! You cannot get a workout in if your life depended on it. We pay high membership dues here which have increased recently. Keep all the locations open so we can use the facilities we pay for! I'm considering dropping goodlife as a whole because of this and the cleanliness is terrible. That's a whole other discussion!
