Awesome, friendly and supportive staffs, great program for work out. I really enjoy the class, its such a killer. 30 mins at this place = 60 mins work at other places. They are so honest and I'm very impressed about it. When I signed up a membership with them, I didn't know there was a promotion on their membership fee. I just paid a full price ( one of the staff was mistake). However, they called me back and explained to me there's was a promotion, they shouldn't charge me the full price. They apologized & and returned the money back to me ❤❤❤.

0/5 ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND UNIMPRESSED Horrible, horrible customer service.... Extremely long story, but after emailing with one of the owners at this location, Lana, goes to show that THE WELLBEING OF THE MEMBERS AT THIS LOCATION IS NOT THE TOP PRIORITY... I had requested to cancel my membership due to a shoulder injury that had developed a couple weeks after I signed up back in May and emailed HIT a doctor's note stating that I could not use their facilities due to my injury after one of the trainers told me over the phone that that is the only way I could cancel my membership. I did exactly that and was told "Your injury and this Doctor's note does not really justify cancelling your membership 4 months into a 12 month term. We stand by our workout and that if you listen to your trainer, you will not be injured and you will get an excellent full body workout." It's MY body, my physiotherapist AND doctor are telling me not to continue with the workout so why on earth would I stay and do what caused it in the first place? Lana goes on to say things like, "The Dr's note you provided is unacceptable. However we are willing to accept it because, we feel you are not a suitable member for our gym" - to boot, the only way I was able to get a response back via email was after posting on their FB to get their attention... Customer service is EVERYTHING especially with this type of facility and the fact that I was treated with nothing but disrespect is exhausting. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION - RED DEER IS THE BEST, NICEST LADIES!

I am not a gym person. Normally I feel out of place. Not at the west end 30 Minute Hit. From the first day the trainers and patrons made me feel like I belong and that I could do it. Thank you.

30 Minute Hit (West Edmonton) to me is the most wonderful place in the world to workout. I’ve been a member for almost 5 years and I never get bored. The trainers always have known how to keep the circuit interesting and challenging. You can always improve, get better and at the same time find something that will keep it out of the ordinary. I do my workout and at the same time I learn, I feel empowered and I get my daily stress release therapy. Many people do Yoga, meditate or even go to therapy to deal with daily stress; I go to 30 minute Hit. The circuit idea is great per se, but it wouldn’t be such a wonderful place without the people: a team that is always supporting, encouraging and that keep a positive atmosphere.

I recently joined 30 Minute Hit after my trial two months ago. I love it. It's a fast and fun workout. The trainers are there to motivate you along the way and keep you working hard. I also love feeling the burn the day after a good workout. I recommend this west end location 100%.
