Avoid this gym, it's not worth your pain and suffering. There are better options close by for less money and you won't have to suffer their customer service. I’ve been coming to this gym since it opened, I was a phase 2 member. The gym itself is awesome, you will be hard pressed to find a larger and more up to date gym in this area. The reason it gets 2 stars is the company is shady. They have super aggressive sales tactics. They keep raising my monthly payments without asking. They became a premium gym to charge more, since then the only service they really kept was the towel service and they haven’t reduced the monthly payments back. I don’t get it... if you remove the premium features you should revert the cost back. I would say try the other gyms around first, if they don’t meet your needs of size and equipment then check out this gym. UPDATE: I ended up contacting the company and they brought up features they've removed as evidence to charge more. They apparently don't remember what services they still offer. Plus they told me every 2 years they get to raise your monthly dues. The more loyal you are to them the more they screw you over. I have lowered their rating to one star for their ever getting worse, bad customer service.

I wish I could rate different aspects of the gym. The equipment and my personal trainer are awesome. Not all gym memebers are aware of proper gym etiquette, but that's usually not a problem. The biggest issue I had recently is my account was frozen for some reason in early February. The club didn't know why this happened and they contacted head office. No one got back to me or explained to me why my account was frozen or why there was an error with my account. I was allowed to continue using the gym. I'm a full time student and could no longer afford $90/mo so decided to cancel my membership, especially after hearing no word from anyone about my account. I had emailed and called and left a message with member services to cancel my account, but it wasn't until I contacted them a third time that I actually got some answers. My account was charged again in March with no notice or explanation from anyone. I now have to make another payment before my membership will be cancelled in April. 7 business days to process the cancellation and 30 days written notice to cancel the membership. This is after a month and a half of no communication from Steve Nash to me about my account or what had been happening. I wanted to get a refund for my March and final payment as I'm no longer using the gym and have signed up for another gym already, but member services wouldn't help me at all. They got argumentative with me and made no effort to apologize for the month and a half I was left in the dark about my account. Having to hound them 3 times just to get any info is unacceptable considering I was not the one who froze or made an error with my account in the first place. Especially considering what I was paying per month! Terrible customer service. Awesome equipment and trainers. Too expensive!

Great gym been going here for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. This morning i went to the gym and Kimberly from the front desk completely disrespected me and was so rude to me it ruined my work out. When i walked in the gym i didn't see anyone behind the desk she was bent over doing something so i proceeded into the gym. As i was walking in she yelled at me for not signing in in a totally disrespectful and uncalled for tone. I provided my information so she could sign me in and i continued on my way. Next thing you know she is chasing me through the gym telling me i need to leave because i have no credit card on file (manager has already been informed that i had my card stolen and i'm waiting for a new one). She told me she was going to call security and continued being agressive towards me. I have talked to multiple people who have had problems with Kimberly and there has been multiple mornings i have been waiting at the gym and she hasn't been there to open the doors. I find this very unacceptable and hope something is done about the attitude on this girl.

This is one of the best gym I visited. Great friendly staff as well

A very poorly run gym. There is absolutely nothing about this gym that warrants a $80/month membership fee. There’s machines’ that haven’t been properly fixed for a few years and even with the absurdly high fees this gym is always very busy. For this cost, you would assume it would have all the amnesties including a sauna and a pool but you won’t get anything like that here. I was quite happy with the gym as a long term member, but they kept raising the already high membership fees for marginal/non existent improvements in the gym. Dealing with the sales team is an absolute nightmare. They take forever to respond to emails and are not very helpful whatever. Their sales tactics in general just feel very greasy and this whole organization just seems to be poorly run. They clearly don’t care about existing members and their main priority is to just get new members. After a few months of leaving when their sales targets are low, they’ll start spamming you with texts and emails asking if you would like to come back to the gym and they’ll give you your original overpriced rate back (not even a better rate). There’s definitely a lot better alternatives and I would highly recommend staying away from this gym.
